Webrick was installed already. Why do I have to install it again?
As well, I don't think it's a good idea to have a package called
"ruby18" install only part of ruby 1.8. Webrick is a core part of
ruby18.
Pkgsrc is supposed to make life easier. Right now it's easier just to
download, build and install ruby in /usr/local than it is to use the
package.
