The radmind project has released radmind 1.4.0.

From the release notes:

New in 1.4.0:
	* Added support for command file in a command file
	* Added support for alternative certificate names.  Thanks Maarten

	* Added -D option to lmerge and lcksum that specifies the radmind

	* fsdiff -A always lists associated transcript
