How the user should specify BDB_TYPE to make maildrop should be more clear (the 
Makefile doesn't say enough about this to be apparent instantly). Setting 
BDB_DEFAULT, BDB_ACCEPTED, BDB_TYPE to anything other than db1 doesn't work. 
The user must set BDB185_DEFAULT to db2, but if that's the only one acceptable, 
why doesn't this pkg just default to db2?
