FYI, the changes I made were:
1. add a NetBSD RCS Id to patch-ab
2. install the manual page
3. don't attempt to install into ${X11BASE} - USE_X11=yes is enough
4. No need to derive PKGNAME from DISTNAME - that happens automatically
