now it uses imlib2 and Xft2 for font rendering. it's more stable.

Changelog:
# - Define the mouse cursor type when the mouse hovers over an icon. All X11 mouse type are supported.
# - Display a ToolTip when the mouse hovers over an icon.
# - Startup notificacion when launcher the applications.
# - Now doesn't stop when the icon don't exist or isn't a valid image.
# - Remove SVG support because not implemented in Imlib2 yet. This allow to reduce dependencies. (GTK, GDK and LIBSVG now aren't necessary)
