The laptop is hideously slow for building anything like this.
Is there some specific reason to believe that the problem has
been fixed, or are you just checking?

I attempted to rebuild on my AMD64, but apparently the last time
that I did a CVS update, one of the makefiles was out of sync.
I don't remember doing any local updates. Oh well, I deleted
it and did a "cvs update -PAd" in that directory.

# cvs update -PAd
ssh: connect to host anoncvs.netbsd.org port 22: Connection timed out
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)
