Thanks for fixing things - particularly for thinking to look for
other places where the incorrect (old) filename of the defaults
file was mentioned, and fixing those as well.

And even more for not commenting on my comment that the XML sources
were buried somewhere invisible/undistributed (or whatever I said)
but just showing where they actually can be found.    Thanks.
