Hi,

On NetBSD-current 2.99.11, perl binaries are not linked against libpthread
because _DLOPEN_REQUIRE_PTHREAD_PLATFORMS does not contain 2.99.11 in
mk/dlopen.builtin.mk.

Is this correct behavior?
