i don't think there is any documentation error at all, you just seem to
misunderstood what it says.
it means "append" as in "cat ${PREFIX}/etc/jitterbug/httpd.conf.add >>
${PREFIX}/etc/httpd/httpd.conf", not "append" as in "use Include".
