thanks for the info. I think this means we want to bump the
PKGREVISION of all p5-* packages and the BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED value,
too.
I have cc'd Johnny Lam on this as he made the perl58 pthread change.
Johnny: would you agree with my analysis of this PR? should we bump
all of the PKGREVISIONS and BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED for perl58 before
the freeze is over?
I don't think we have much/any choice to avoid having this problem be
much more widespread.
