>Description:
Current 0.31.3 intltool package causes problems when using the provided 'intltoolize' to add intltool support to a package. Notably the ./configure stage will emit the following:

...
configure: creating ./config.status
top_builddir: not found
config.status: creating Makefile
...

and @INTLTOOL_EXTRACT@ will be incorrectly expanded to '/intltool-extract' instead of '../intltool-extract' which causes various intltool scripts to partially fail. There are probably other failures but I haven't noticed them.
>How-To-Repeat:
Use the 0.31.3 intltool package to intltoolize a software package, run ./configure and watch for 'top_builddir: not found' error. Examine the created intltool-update script to see @INTLTOOL_EXTRACT@ has been incorrectly expanded to '/intltool-extract'.
>Fix:
Upgrading the package to 0.32.1 has gotten rid of the described problems, no obvious side-effects.
