Synopsis: perl DB_File.so is miscompiled. BSD databases inconsistent

It's now possible to build databases/p5-DB_File with the appropriate 
Berkeley DB libraries.  This site_perl module will override the built-in
DB_File module in perl.  Thanks for the PR!
