Synopsis: perl-5.8.4nb1 build failure on powerpc

Is there any problem with -current pkgsrc?  We only build the non-static
perl nowadays, and while I understand that this is not truly a solution
for whatever underlying problem this is on powerpc, this fixes the
package issue.  Please let me know how a "make test" in pkgsrc/lang/perl58
does on your powerpc.
