mail/coolmail patches Makefile to include -lcompat. libcompat does not seem to 
exist on IRIX 5.3, nor does it seem to be needed.

Add -lcompat only on systems that require it.
Moreover, add USE_BUILDLINK3= yes to mail/coolmail/Makefile in order to enable 
certain compiler option rewriting.
