Synopsis: perl-5.8.5nb3 does not compile

Please update your pkgsrc and let me know if the recent changes to
dlopen.builtin.mk to rearrange the section that sets DLOPEN_REQUIRE_PTHREADS
outside of the CHECK_BUILTIN section fix the problem you're experiencing.
I've tested on my 1.6.2/i386 box and it seems to be correct.
