>Description:
When LOCALBASE has a symlink (for example, LOCALBASE=/opt/pkg
where /opt -> /.amd_mnt/oven/opt or /opt/pkg -> /usr/pkg) and
PKG_INSTALLATION_PREFS=pkgviews overwrite, the buildlink3 wrapper
erroneously strips the -I, -L, etc. paths pointing to the
${LOCALBASE}/packages/foo directories required to build.
>How-To-Repeat:
Set LOCALBASE=/opt/pkg and PKG_INSTALLATION_PREFS=pkgviews
overwrite in /etc/mk.conf, ln -s /tmp/pkg /opt/pkg, and build
p5-XML-Parser.
