The only one I've seen is the Alt-Tab focusing bug.  However, I don't see
any particular need to rush an upgrade.  Obviously, other people who might
maintain it didn't want to quickly upgrade to the *.0 release either.  I
just wanted to provide a nicer framework for upgrading in the future since
I don't really expect significant changes to what I've provided.
