I've typed "make install" in multimedia/mplayer and am now, after almost
4 hours, still watching some obscure "qt3-tools" being built (I have an 
inkling that it builds that thing several times, just to spite me,
because I think I've seen some of the files being compiled already...).

PLEASE remove the qt3* dependency from the mplayer build.  It doesn't
need it, in fact, I've never seen an mplayer that even uses it.  It is
nothing but an extreme annoyance when you want to build the package.
