Several p5-* packages depend on a 'perl' package but fail to
allow for a (perfectly valid) perl-thread package.
These are
net/p5-Net-Daemon
net/p5-ispman
security/p5-Digest-Nilsimsa
security/p5-Net-DNS-SEC
www/p5-CGI-Application
www/p5-CGI-Session
Some builds fail if perl58-thread is installed. Some builds pull in
additional packages for perl version predating 5.6.1.

Expand the DEPENDS or BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.perl variables with patterns
that include perl-thread.
