PKGREVISION can be bumped for all different kinds of reasons.  Such a bump 
should only affect the Makefile, and should not appear somewhere else, 
e.g. "distinfo" as in www/squid.

Datestamp the distfiles, and use that as DIST_SUBDIR.  That way, 
dependency-based PKGREVISION bumps will not adversely affect the package.
