Add .include "../../databases/db/buildlink3.mk" to Makefile.
Patch #include <db.h>  into #include <db2/db.h> in libnut/mipcf.h.
I do not know however whether this works on other platforms as well, notably on NetBSD.
Maybe this is rather a bug in databases/db/buildlink3.mk?
