this patch contains the following pkgsrc-specific changes:
- abiword used to have an unconditional dependency on gucharmap,
which pulls in a lot of gnome stuff and makes the package quite bloated
for people not using gnome. this has been changed to a conditional
dependency.
- the package will now install the manpages and the online-help
- added a patch that allows firefox to be used as the preferred browser
if available
- updated abiword to v2.0.11 (which contains tons of bugfixes)
- split the Makefile into a common and a specific part
- the optional plugins weren't built. this has now been changed: i
added a new package 'abiword-plugins' which substantially enhances
abiword's capabilities (lots of new import/export filters. a lot more
graphic-formats are now supported, among them JPEG, GIF, BMP and WMF)
