	postfix cannot connect to authdaemond, saslauthd, sasldb, etc when being run in a chroot cage. This is shown in ktrace outputs. The files clearly exist, but Postfix cannot read them.
>How-To-Repeat:
	
	1) setup postfix (built with tls, inet6, and sasl2) chrooted as per docu
	2) try /usr/pkg/lib/sasl2/smtpd.conf with pwcheck_method: saslauth / authdaemond
	3) test: login, plain, crammd5, ntlm auth mechs.
