>Description:
The configure script for pkgtools/libnbcompat does not enable
the compilation of the getopt_long function. This function is not
provided by several systems' c library but is needed by certain
packages ported from NetBSD to other operating systems. This
prevents the bootstrapping of pkgsrc on systems such as Solaris
	2.7.
>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt to build archivers/pax on Solaris or any system that does
	not provide getopt_long.
