DESCR of /usr/pkgsrc/chat/centericq says the program does support the MSN protocol, while it is not supported. its man page nor the program do allow use of the MSN protocol (perhaps it was the case in the past).
check the DESCR inside of /usr/pkgsrc/chat/centericq
