>Description:
perl's h2ph & others use a directory such as the one mentioned by
perl58's install MESSAGE, eg: /usr/pkg/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4, to
store modules. But this directory/path is not created by the install
	and h2ph fails.

% (cd /usr/include; h2ph -r -l .)
Destination directory /usr/pkg/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4/sparc64-netbsd doesn't exist or isn't a directory

>How-To-Repeat:
Install any other perl pkgsrcs and run h2ph.
