	cdrdao 1.1.8, today's pkgsrc, fails to write a CD. It gets as far as
	"writing lead in and gap", but the write light on the drive never comes on,
	and then the program times out and fails.

	I use the generic-mmc-raw driver, by adding this line to ~/.cdrdao-drivers,

	    W|LITE-ON|LTR-52246S|generic-mmc-raw

	cdrdao-1.1.7, as built by reverting to yesterday's pkgsrc, works fine.
