(additional note: colchess is now at 8.0, and this version seems to compile 
fine with the existing pkgsrc framework, so the package might be updated)

compile colchess with a cc that does not understand -Wall

Make colchess use the buildlink3 environment; add USE_BUILDLINK3=         YES 
to pkgsrc/games/colchess/Makefile.
