>Description:

When running Lout 3.26

# lout

lout:
                   :unable to initialize collation

And when trying to process a simple lout file with just something like:
@SysInclude { Doc }
@Doc

I get:

# lout -PDF file.lout > file.pdf

lout:
             : unable to initialize collation
lout file "/usr/pkg/share/lout/include/bsf" (from "doc" line 18, from "file.lout" line 1):
            33,5: fatal error: exciting now

>How-To-Repeat:
No idea. Lout was running just fine when I installed it. Recently I installed zsh and set up my LC_ALL and LANG variables, but I don't know if they are causing this problem..
