lang/ocaml currently defaults to installing tcl/tk stuff too.
However, it would not be needed, and e.g. when using lablgtk
it's just superfluous.

cd /usr/pkgsrc/lang/ocaml
make show-var VARNAME=DEPENDS

Make two packages, one with plain ocaml and one with the extra stuff to
support tcl/tk for those who want it.
