What hostname are you using? If you are using "ftp.NetBSD.org"
you can use the hostname "ftp4.NetBSD.org" instead.

You should get a message like "no route to host" and it should fallback
to IPv4 afterwards.

Please provide more information e.g. the exact "pkg_add" command that
you tried to use.
