Some folks from OpenBSD (Theo & Otto Moerbeek) are doing a lot of
work to get PCC modernized and usable. Most of a BSD userland is
buildable with that now, but the kernel tends to use __attribute__
more and thus it's not a drop in replacement, at least not yet.
