kqemu is a kernel module (the k might stand for kernel),  so it is not 
just a matter of compiling the source.
It would probably require writing something from scratch (or nearly so).
Also under PCLinuxOS, I tried the module while emulating NetBSD, and in 
full mode NetBSD panicked,
and under user only mode, it hung up. So their may be additional work 
required (qemu did give a note about
kvm, I was assuming this was not required for kqemu).
