I have the necessity to backup my ( /, /home, /usr,
/var) partitions individually.
Ho can dump my complete slice (partition) into file or
clone the complete partitions into usb hard disk.
I'm using this command but into another hard disk in
the same machine,.. but some time, I don't have one in
# dd if=/dev/rwd0a of=/dev/rwd1a bs=16b seek=1
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! - 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)
