Asterisk will do just fine, but it might be a little bit overkill. In 
case you want to play a bit around with VoIP/SIP too a little, you might 
want to take a look at OpenSER (the "open" alternative to 
/usr/pkgsrc/net/ser, "Sip Express Router") combined with SEMS (The 
"media server" for ser).
