 	I'm running 4.0BETA2, most recently from a Aug 22 kernel. Just
 	tested cgd under qemu and seems OK. It took about five seconds
 	after entering the password before it continued booting, which
 	is longer than native but not too bad (1.7Ghz Pentium M).
