The bad thing about trademark law is that it really states this. If you
don't defend your trademark against _anyone_ who uses it, you lose your
right to it (so IE8 could be named Firefox).

The problem with this is that some web applications really check for
the name =ABFirefox=BB and thus refuse to work under Debian. Under NetBSD
you at least have the chance to make an official build. But it's evil
enough, and even though it is the only way the Mozilla Foundation has,
it doesn't really feel right to the users who can't use their Debian
package because otherwise Scalix Webmail won't let them log in.

(The reason being of course: =ABWe cannot support any browser we didn't
certify. And your source build isn't Firefox.=BB)
