Got an idea for one more test:

I connected the mouse to different USB controller - based on Acer M5237/9 -
but this time the mouse's presence hasn't even been shown in the boot
messages, although it seems, that the mouse has been recognized, because the
boot-up halted in the exactly same moment.

When I'm booting the CD with mouse disconnected, and _only then_ I'm
connecting it to USB-port - it's detected, reported, and there's no crash
neither anything(?) bad.
