The release notes in src/distrib/notes/ needs updating, especially the
hardware-specific parts. Updates in this area are welcome. Vonlunteers
should start from the notes in current, some updates have been done in there
already that are not yet in netbsd-4.

I've heard that the NetBSD guide could also get some updates.
