I could not find some ISO for the NetBSD 4 beta, but the 8MB boot.iso
file is a good replacement. It starts the system, launches the
installer and downloads all the sets you have selected for your new
system (same as on the ISO).

You can download a recent boot.iso from:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-4/200704290002Z/i386/installation/cdrom/boot.iso
