Well, by the patches at the end of this mail, I got my device to be 
recognized by the ucycom driver.

The new dmesg report looks like this.

uhidev0 at uhub0 port 1 configuration 1 interface 0

ucycom0 at uhidev0

I did a MAKEDEV ttyY0 to create the dev entry.

Now I have no idea how to use it, and I think there is a problem.

Any access to /dev/ttyY0 results in an immediate kernel panic.
It says something about sleepq_enqueue.

Any suggestions now?
