Hi,

I installed Nagios from pkg_src. After reboot, I was not able to start
it up, I noticed that /var/run/nagios directory was missing, which I
remember I created.

Any pointers will be appreciated.

If I faintly remember correct, it has something to do with some
configuration file which maintains directory tree and their perms and
sets up the same tree on reboot.
