Leaving aside for a moment the graphic design, the HTML of
your new page includes some fairly meaningless tag
combinations.  It doesn't validate and it's my feeling that
4.01 Transitional is a poor choice of format anyway.  I have
not looked at the the current page, perhaps you inherited
some bugs from that.
