No.  There is no such link.  However, I will note that the user in
question, for some odd reason, chose to omit the "cvsroot" from the
path anoncvs@anoncvs.netbsd.org:/cvsroot so it is not surprising that
he would be unable to find //CVSROOT -- there is no such directory.
