Hi!

I've recently submitted some PRs that don't appear to be getting to the
database.

The confusing thing is that I get a confirmation email like the one
below, but the bug is not in the database; at least not under that number.

The only odd thing going on is that my email gets greylisted, probably
because the domain on the email is the hostname on the machine (domain
of sender is invalid). But the email never comes back to me; and, well,
there's that confirmation email that comes in.

Aside from my fixing my mailers on hosts from which I send-pr, what can
be done to get bugs reported and logged in the system?
