Hello,
I would like to make a SLIP connection between two hosts,
but have not been able to find any specifics in the NetBSD
guide.
An appropriate cable runs between the two hosts (tinman and
almond) and I have tested it by turning tty00 on in
/etc/hosts on tinman and connecting to it using 'cu' on
almond. Both hosts have sl configured into their kernels. Do
I need anything else? Where is an appropriate place for
slattach? I was thinking of rc.local.
Any tips would be welcome.
