Hi,

Firstly, you might want to check the tech-embed@ mailing list archive
and see if that has any suggestions for you.  You may want to also look
at either of these:

 http://www.soekris.com/

 http://www.pcengines.ch/wrap.htm

Don't know if they _exactly_ meet your needs but it could be a good
starting point.  They both run NetBSD without an issue.
