Until I realized you are probably located in Germany I was going to
recommend you looking at a Certance CP3100.  Support was added to
NetBSD arm Oct 24, 2006,

It has qty. 2 10/100/1000 copper NICs and an internal 160GB sata drive.
It's a completely self-contained until, I power mine off a power supply
that came with a USB-ATA adapter.  The last one I purchased surplus was
< US$200.  The only downside to it, is it's NOISY.  The little fans in it
move a lot of air at high RPM.

These is not some low cost built item, they originally cost almost US$1k
and were designed to operate continously for months if not years.  At one
point I located a SATA -> CF adapter that I considered getting to elimate
some of the moving parts.  I figure by removing the HD I could probably
turn off at least one of the fans, if not both.
