Yes, We have been running AMD64 and EM64T (if you may) since NetBSD 2.0.
Machines running 24x7x365.

Servers here in production using Apache2, MySQL 5, Php 5 all running well
in production.


As for Exim I dont know. LFS I have no experience yet.
