You have no means to prove that she wrote or sent this mail. In fact, there are
people out there who, for example, impersonate others and post confidential
data on their behalf or do other things to ruin one's image. Of course it's not
very smart to request such removal in the public and even link to it. There
might actually be US laws with respect to stalking which may be relevant here.

Whether this mail going to be removed from the archive or not is solely
up to netbsd-users-owner@NetBSD.org and this would have been the appropriate
contact address.
